Mission
Close the yield gap in southern Mozambique with a replicable, open-source modular farm system. Prove higher yields and income with full public data — no private reports, no hidden numbers.
Public Charter
- Deploy 30–60 modular units in Season 1 (Vilanculos)
- Target 80–100%+ yield increase on staple crops vs local baseline
- Raise household income via cash crops + poultry modules
- Publish costs, yields, incomes and failures in real time
- Create an open, replicable model anyone can copy

Open Commitment
Everything is public from day one: design, budget structure, community agreements, yield data, costs, and lessons (including failures). No private reports. The goal is a model that others can trust and replicate.
