Raising real yields
on the ground.

Transparent modular high-productivity farming for smallholders. Solar irrigation, improved inputs, AI advice, livestock integration — all measured and published openly.

Mission

Close the yield gap in southern Mozambique with a replicable, open-source modular farm system. Prove higher yields and income with full public data — no private reports, no hidden numbers.

  • Deploy 30–60 modular units in Season 1 (Vilanculos)
  • Target 80–100%+ yield increase on staple crops vs local baseline
  • Raise household income via cash crops + poultry modules
  • Publish costs, yields, incomes and failures in real time
  • Create an open, replicable model anyone can copy

Core Package

  • Solar-powered irrigation
  • Improved / hybrid seeds + micro-dosing fertilizer
  • Phone-based AI agronomy advice
  • Hermetic storage to cut post-harvest loss
  • Optional poultry & goat modules

Location

Vilanculos, Inhambane Province, Mozambique.
Southern coast — relatively stable, existing smallholder systems, tourism market for fresh produce.

Open Commitment

Everything is public from day one: design, budget structure, community agreements, yield data, costs, and lessons (including failures). No private reports. The goal is a model that others can trust and replicate.

This is the public home of the pilot.
